The Process
Design
Whether it's a new workstation, storage cabinet, display shelving or a coffee table, let me know what it is you need for your space.
We'll start with the basic necessities for the piece, designing something ideal for you.
Materials
Materials are important for two reasons; looks and cost. With a design in mind, we can work through the different options of materials, to find the most suitable option for your space, aesthetic and budget.

Primary materials are:
- Plywood: ideal for lower budgets, this can be painted to suit your designs.
- Veneered plywood: get the hardwood look and save compared to all hardwood. Veneer choices are typically Oak, Ash and Walnut.
- All Hardwood: a timeless classic, and the highest cost. Options are varied and extensive.

Each of the primary materials can be combined together to create the greatest look within your budget.
Pricing
With the design and materials agreed, I can price your piece.
Final pricing will be affected by the above, additional materials, and time for construction.
Once agreed, I'll send an invoice for at least 50%, and get started.
Build
Build time will vary depending on what I'm building. We will discuss the likely timescale during the Design process.
Once started, I'll keep you updated with progress photos, just to whet your whistle.
When it's nearly done, we will discuss delivery, and get it over to you for its forever-home.
