Delivery rates apply to each item.  If you would like to order multiple items, please email me for a custom shipping quote before ordering.  All items are sent fully insured, tracked and traced.  I will email you the tracking information as soon as it is booked, including the courier company name, tracking URL and estimated delivery date. If you have any questions, please do email me.

Please Note: I cannot delivery to PO Boxes anywhere in the world.  This is due to restrictions placed by the couriers.  If you place an order with a PO Box as the delivery address, I will email you to arrange a different address.

If you choose to use a 3rd party courier (common with Far East deliveries) please note that the insurance on postage only covers the parcel until it arrives at your chosen courier.

Ukraine & Russia:  due to the current situation, and in line with the UK government's sanctions, UK-based couriers are not delivering to these countries.  Please do not place an order that has a delivery address in any of these countries.  It will be cancelled immediately.

Commission Orders of Pedalboards:

Build time is currently 8 week minimum for commission builds.  This is subject to change at any time.  If this changes, we will notify you by email.

- UK delivery is FREE..

- Europe delivery is £45. (Currently suspended due to GPSR regulations as of 2024)

- USA & Canada delivery is £80.

- Middle East is £100.

- Far East delivery is £125.

- South America delivery is £150.

- Australia, NZ and Papua New Guinea delivery is £150.

- The rest of the world is £120.

Commission Orders of Furniture:

Presently, bespoke furniture orders are only being taken for mainland UK addresses.  Each item will be assigned a custom delivery quote, based on its size and value.  This will be billed - via invoice - once the item is complete and ready for shipping.

Stock Orders:

Delivery will be sent the next working day via tracked and signed for courier.  

If a new case is added to the order, or any alterations are made to the board, you will be notified of the delivery time on an individual basis.  This will always be the quickest time possible.

Post Brexit Shipping:

As of 1st January 2021, the UK is no longer a member of the European Union.  As such, this may impact import duty and tax rates for European customers.  This will be similar to ordering products from other non-EU countries.  Please check with your national / local customs office for exact details regarding imports from the UK.

Regarding VAT.  I am not VAT registered (I don't earn nearly enough!).  As such, there is no "tax free" price; what you see is what you pay.

GPSR (General Product Safety Regulations)

At the moment, due to these regulations, I am unable to ship to EU address.  As soon as there is any update, or I find a legal option to resume shipping to the EU, there will be no option for shipping to any EU location.  If you live in the EU, and wish to make a purchase, please use a non-EU shipping address, and make your own arrangements from there.  Please note; any insurance on shipping will only cover the item to the given delivery address.  Further insurance is advised thereafter.

 

For non-EU customers, nothing will change.
