Delivery rates apply to each item.  If you would like to order multiple items, please email me for a custom shipping quote before ordering.  All items are sent fully insured, tracked and traced.  I will email you the tracking information as soon as it is booked, including the courier company name, tracking URL and estimated delivery date. If you have any questions, please do email me.

DDP Services (Delivery Duty Paid): This has been applied to all EU and USA delivery options.  This service means you pay the import duty at checkout, so you won't have to pay anything once the board arrives in your country.  This makes it easier and quicker for you.  Each rate is calculated on the purchase price, and covers any taxes due.  If you would like a custom quote, please email me before ordering.

If you are in a non-EU or USA country, and would like a quote for a DDP service, please email me before ordering.

Please Note: I cannot delivery to PO Boxes anywhere in the world.  This is due to restrictions placed by the couriers.  If you place an order with a PO Box as the delivery address, I will email you to arrange a different address.

If you choose to use a 3rd party courier (common with Far East deliveries) please note that the insurance on postage only covers the parcel until it arrives at your chosen courier.

Ukraine & Russia:  due to the current situation, and in line with the UK government's sanctions, UK-based couriers are not delivering to these countries.  Please do not place an order that has a delivery address in any of these countries.  It will be cancelled immediately.

Commission Orders of Pedalboards:

Build time is currently 6 week minimum for commission builds.  This is subject to change at any time.  If this changes, we will notify you by email.

- UK delivery is FREE.

​

- EU delivery: this is a Delivery Duty Paid service.  You will not have to pay any further costs.  The actual cost is higher, but I pay for part of it, to keep costs as reasonable as I can.

- Up to £400 = £90 delivery

- Up to £500 = £112 delivery

- Up to £600 = £132 delivery

- Above £600 = £153 delivery

- Non-EU European Delivery is £65.

 

- USA delivery: this is a Delivery Duty Paid service.  You will not have to pay any further costs.  The actual cost is higher, but I pay for part of it, to keep the cost as reasonable as I can.

- Up to £400 = £100 delivery

- Up to £500 = £150 delivery

- Up to £600 = £200 delivery

- Above £600 = £250

- Canada delivery is £100.

 

- Middle East is £100.

 

- Far East delivery is £125.

 

- South America delivery is £150.

 

- Australia, NZ and Papua New Guinea delivery is £150.

 

- The rest of the world is £120.

Commission Orders of Furniture:

Presently, bespoke furniture orders are only being taken for mainland UK addresses.  Each item will be assigned a custom delivery quote, based on its size and value.  This will be billed - via invoice - once the item is complete and ready for shipping.

Stock Orders:

Delivery will be sent the next working day via tracked and signed for courier.  

If a new case is added to the order, or any alterations are made to the board, you will be notified of the delivery time on an individual basis.  This will always be the quickest time possible.
